Job summary

City of Atlanta’s Airport BI Engineer role leads the design and implementation of data-driven solutions for the Department of Aviation, using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver actionable insights and automate workflows.

You'll partner with DOA stakeholders to build governed data models, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics, advancing the enterprise data strategy while ensuring security and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proven track record of implementing BI solutions in large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, and implements BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Creates and maintains Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Develops automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Partners with business teams to define analytics requirements.
• Ensures data governance and security compliance.
