Job summary

A leading aviation company in Maryville, TN, seeks an entry level Bench Operator (Blender) to set up and operate various hand tools for aviation repair. No experience is required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities include conducting airfoil blending, ensuring operations sequence, and maintaining quality checks. Qualifications

• Previous experience reading/interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and/or blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time during the blending process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airfoil blending on a variety of Turbine Engine Blades.
• Ensure maintenance operations are performed in the appropriate sequence.
• Confirm quality of work performed through routine in-process checks.
• Track and communicate status of assigned work orders.
