Job summary

RS&H seeks an Aviation Architect / Project Manager to lead design and delivery for Orlando airport projects and RS&H’s expanding national aviation portfolio. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, balance schedule and budget, and ensure technical quality across terminal renovations, expansions, and support facilities.

You will collaborate with clients, prepare construction documents, mentor junior staff, and drive project outcomes with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural design and project experience.
• Registered Architect in good standing.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documents, and building systems.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM production and coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

We are seeking a talented Aviation Architect / Project Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida, supporting high‑profile projects at Orlando International Airport and across RS&H’s expanding national aviation portfolio. In this role, you’ll help lead the design and delivery of impactful aviation projects ranging from terminal renovations and expansions to complex airport support facilities. You’ll balance technical design, project management, client collaboration, and multidisciplinary coordination while bringing innovative aviation environments to life.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural design and project experience
• Registered Architect in good standing

• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems
• Proficiency in Revit BIM production and coordination
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Previous aviation or transportation project experience
• NCARB certification
• Project management experience on complex building programs
• Experience with visualization and graphic tools including SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, Twinmotion, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Cross‑disciplinary coordination experience within large project teams
