Job summary

Bell in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Painter Aircraft & Maintenance A for the second shift to apply coatings to aircraft and related equipment. You will prepare surfaces, mask areas, apply primers, and ensure a smooth, uniform finish with accurate color matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Aircraft Painter experience.
• ITAR requires US person status (US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible).
• Ability to match colors and achieve smooth, uniform coatings.

Responsibilities

• Apply dope, lacquer, paint, and other finishing materials to aircraft, equipment, and facilities.
• Prepare surfaces by removing foreign substances and old or chipped paint.
• Mask surfaces not to be painted and blend with primers/fillers.
• Match colors for spot or repair jobs and mix paints as needed.
• Polish final coat with wax or polishing compound.
• Perform rework as required and apply lettering with stencils.
