Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Piney Flats, TN is seeking a Sales Representative for the Aftermarket Sales team. You will translate customer requirements into accurate product solutions, leveraging strong technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach to growth.

You’ll work with engineering and sales staff to ensure proposals are technically sound, manage quotes, and support customers through the order lifecycle. This role requires travel and a passion for aviation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, business development, marketing and/or other customer support role.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for onsite customer visits and trade shows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Aviation industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.
• Knowledge of Aeronautical Accessories products, Bell Aftermarket products, and Bell helicopter services preferred.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and drive growth across Bell customer accounts with technically informed product recommendations.
• Interpret specifications and maintenance data to recommend aftermarket parts and solutions.
• Improve proposal response times through efficient evaluation of technical requirements.
• Manage targeted inventory sales campaigns based on fleet data and product applicability.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities leveraging technical product knowledge.
• Handle calls, monitor backlog, prepare quotations, process orders and ensure data integrity.
• Track delivery dates and coordinate with production support teams using technical data.
• Manage customer master data in SFDC and SAP ERP and maintain sales opportunities.
• Report weekly funnel KPIs and support complex proposals and sales packages.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing and promotional materials for events.
