Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking an Accountant to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and financial analysis. You will contribute to accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close, and provide responsive support to internal teams and aircraft owners.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers, and processing invoicing and expenses.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to apply accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements for aircraft owners.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, deferrals and reclasses.
• Reconcile flight software results with the general ledger.
• Process invoices and enter/post sales transactions in GL.
• Respond to customer inquiries with supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
