Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience or 4 years of similar work in lieu of degree.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, QAPs, and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and test equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail; able to follow complex instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fuel controls, governors, or other accessories as designated.
• Test limited or full accessories on a test bench as assigned.
• Operate test equipment to verify function and performance.
• Document maintenance records for completed repair work orders.
• Read and interpret technical data and drawings to guide assembly and testing.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to identify and resolve issues.
• Generate data plates for components using laser systems.
• Ensure accessories meet airworthiness specifications.
