Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Wonderware Lead to drive design, development, implementation, and support of industrial automation and MES/SCADA solutions using the AVEVA suite. You will lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digitalization across sites.

The role requires 8–10 years in leading AVEVA solutions, strong SCADA/HMI/Historian/MES experience, and a focus on scalable, reliable plant automation.

We are seeking an experienced Wonderware Lead to drive the design, development, implementation, and support of industrial automation and MES/SCADA solutions using the Wonderware (AVEVA) product suite. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization initiatives across multiple sites.

• PLC Integration (Rockwell / Siemens / Mitsubishi)
• OPC / OPC UA / MQTT communication protocols
• SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Windows Server & Virtualization (VMware / Hyper V)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
