Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced AVEVA MES Consultant with hands-on expertise across AVEVA/Wonderware MES modules, including Operations, Quality and Performance. You will lead implementations, integrations, and platform readiness, collaborating with manufacturing teams to deliver scalable MES solutions.

Strong SQL Server, C#/.NET and web tech (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), plus AVEVA System Platform and Historian experience, are required. Knowledge of OPC/SCADA integration and Skelta BPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AVEVA MES core modules and CMES.
• Experience with AVEVA MES Operations, Quality, and Performance modules.
• Experience with AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA/Wonderware Historian.
• Experience with AVEVA Work Tasks (Skelta BPM) and AVEVA MDM is a plus.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle AVEVA MES implementation projects.
• Knowledge of MES environment setup, configuration, and platform readiness.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and query development.
• Experience with C#/.NET development.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Web API, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise across AVEVA MES Operations, Performance, and Quality modules.
• Analyze business and manufacturing requirements and map them to AVEVA MES functionality.
• Configure, develop, implement, and support AVEVA MES solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with AVEVA System Platform, Historian, and Object Integration Server for MES integrations.
• Support MES environment setup, configuration, deployment, and platform readiness.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using C#/.NET.
• Develop web-based interfaces and integrations using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Web API, and REST APIs.
• Integrate MES solutions with PLCs, SCADA, OPC, automation systems, and other manufacturing technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES application, integration, database, and platform issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, automation, IT, and business teams to deliver MES solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience completing at least one full lifecycle AVEVA MES implementation project.
• Experience with MES environment setup, configuration, and platform readiness.

• Industrial automation and networking experience is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and MES architecture is preferred.
