Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Nail Technician who delivers exceptional manicure and pedicure services while upholding Iowa sanitation knowledge and excellent guest communication. The role is part-time and located at the resort’s spa, with a commission-eligible pay structure and 20 hours of paid time off upon hire.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, attending trainings, and educating guests on home regimens; you will also cross-train for additional resort duties.

Qualifications

• Aveda knowledge/training required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in nail services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation; follow guidelines.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings (“Huddles”).
• Manage time effectively to maximize scheduling.
• Be dependable, punctual, friendly, and courteous.
• Educate guests on products and home regimens during consultations.
• Cross-train to support phone sales, tours, or other resort duties.
• Commit to ongoing training to develop skills.
• Keep state certification current and in good standing.
