The Field Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Sales and Education organizations, driving business growth through sales enablement, field education, and brand activation. This role strengthens the capabilities of field sales teams and Salon Development Partners (SDPs), supports salon performance through targeted education and coaching, and ensures successful execution of commercial initiatives across assigned markets. The Field Specialist also provides interim territory support, maintains key customer relationships, and serves as a brand ambassador for the brand in the field.

Anticipated Base Salary Range $71,040.00 to $106,560.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
