Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)— Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation is required
