Responsibilities include:

• Providing quality nursing care to assigned patients in their homes
• Documenting care electronically using provided tablets
• Collaborating with team members to achieve clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
