Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN / LVN license in the practicing state
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); Aveanna can assist after hire if needed
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
