Qualifications:

• Valid, active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
