Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
  • Current CPR certification (training assistance available post-hire)
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
