The Avalanche Program Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the National Ski Patrol (NSP), responsible for overseeing and advancing the organization’s avalanche education programs. This role ensures alignment with industry standards, fosters partnerships with key stakeholders, and promotes excellence in avalanche safety and education across the NSP community. Reporting directly to the Education Director, the Avalanche Program Manager collaborates with the National Avalanche Committee (NAC), NSP Education Department and Education Committee, and external partners such as the American Avalanche Association (A3) and the National Avalanche School (NAS).
