Job summary

JW Affinity IT in Littleton, CO seeks an AV/VTCTechnician with 3+ years of experience to join our team for upgrading conference rooms and managing complex AV installations. The role includes configuring videoconferencing systems, integrating control and digital media, and on-site troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Extron, Crestron, Tandberg codecs, bi-amp audio, and projectors, capable of reading blueprints, and able to train users on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AV/VTC technician experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting Digital Media, BiAmp, Extron, Tandberg, Polycom, Crestron, Lutron hardware/software infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT, telecommunications, A/V and electrical equipment and specs.
• Knowledge of videoconferencing standards and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate and test videoconferencing and A/V technologies and collaboration tools.
• Integrate and configure Crestron Digital Media products and control systems.
• Load and test touch panels and control programs; troubleshoot hardware cabling.
• Provide system testing and troubleshooting for high-end A/V solutions and end-user training.
