Job summary

Epic on Madison, WI campus is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across our extensive venues.

The role includes supporting more than 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, with hands-on deployment and event support. Relocation to the Madison area is provided, and Epic offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) and SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols and systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems for a large corporate campus.
• Support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system success during events.
• Collaborate with AV experts to optimize layouts and integrations.
