Job Overview

We’re seeking a self-motivated AV Technician with 2–4 years of hands-on installation experience. You'll be building racks, pulling and terminating cable, and installing systems—possibly stepping into basic programming if you’ve got that skill. Ideal candidates can communicate effectively with clients and teammates alike and enjoy the flexibility of working on different types of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform AV installations including rack building, cable pulls, and terminations
• Assist in deploying Savant and other control systems (experience with Josh AI or Control4 is a plus)
• Execute networking installations, primarily with Netgear gear
• Collaborate with junior and senior technicians on project tasks
• Support site prep, punch lists, and system finalization
• Adapt to team needs—everyone contributes across scopes as needed
• Communicate with clients and team to ensure clarity and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AV installation (residential or commercial)
• Basic familiarity with control systems (Savant preferred, but other platforms acceptable)
• Comfort working with Netgear and other common network hardware
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to be flexible and pitch in across different tasks
• Own set of standard hand tools (cutters, strippers, screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
