Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking an Audio Visual Engineer to design, deploy, and support AV systems for conferencing, training, and meeting rooms. You will work with corporate users and trading-floor teams to deliver reliable AV solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining AV systems per documentation and standards.
• Proficiency with RF and IPTV configurations and related deployments.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to work shifts from 7 AM to 6 PM.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50+ pounds.
• Industry certifications (CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install AV systems according to documentation and industry standards.
• Support, install, and configure RF and IPTV solutions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote effective use of AV equipment.
• Develop and maintain AV documentation and inspect AV infrastructure.
• Attend stakeholder and project meetings; manage AV vendor relationships.
• Assist with AV events during normal and after-hours shifts.
