The role involves programming proprietary equipment for clients and ensuring high-quality service. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in AV integration, be proficient with cables and testing tools, and be able to travel to project locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in audio-video integration or similar environment.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring/color codes and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Dress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables.
• Install and configure video routers, switches, and cameras.
• Program equipment for clients and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and timecards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with team members.
