Job summary

The University of Florida Lastinger Center for Learning seeks a Producer III to oversee video production for clients, lead the in-house team in studio and on location, and manage production schedules and budgets to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with 4k production, multi-camera shoots, and industry-standard editing tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with 4k video production processes.
Set up and operation of multi-camera shoots.
Lighting for studio, on location, and live environments.
Audio capture using multiple microphones.
Leading a production team in the field.
Editing programs: DaVinci, Premiere, Final Cut Pro.
Design programs: Photoshop, Illustrator.
Animation: After Effects.

Responsibilities

Oversees the organization and development of video production for clients.
Provides leadership in setting the production schedule to produce the assets and maintain the budget.
Advises client on best practices in production and implementation.
Maintains the production budget and staffing to meet goals while upholding quality.
Lead team in studio and direct production.
Reviews progress and maintains UpToDate records for client and internal review.
Facilitates post-production of project content and delivers resources.
Coordinates design of graphic templates and collaborates with clients on deliverables.
Offer creative solutions to deliver high-quality digital content.
Provide leadership to team members and oversee daily operations.
