Job summary

FAITH Church is seeking an AV Production Manager to lead audio, video, lighting, and production support for FAITH Church, FAITH Christian Academy, and the Sonshine Center. You will equip employees and volunteers, solve technical challenges, and help create welcoming, well-prepared services, programs, performances, and events.

The role requires 3–5 years of AV production experience, proficiency with multiple production tools, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in audio production or a related AV production role; church or ministry production experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, presentation, and production technologies.
• Proficiency with software tools including Dante Virtual Soundcard, Dante Controller, Ableton, Logic, Waves SuperRack, Q-Sys, Lightkey, SMAART, Shure Wireless Workbench, ProPresenter, ATEM Software Control, Ross Dashboard, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead audio, video, lighting, staging, and technical production for church services, FCA and Sonshine Center programs, rehearsals, performances, meetings, and special events.
• Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and serve staff, volunteers, presenters, performers, students, families, church members, and guests with patience and professionalism.
• Oversee production setup, operation, and teardown, including equipment calibration, programming, cameras, audio mixing, lighting, technical direction, and stage design.
• Coordinate technical details, schedules, and responsibilities with ministry and department leaders through production and service-planning meetings.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and support employees and volunteers, building their skills and confidence.
• Partner with the Lead Pastor, Worship Pastor, Creative Director, Director of Operations, and other leaders to maintain consistent production standards.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and inventory AV equipment in all production spaces; recommend repairs, replacements, and improvements.
• Keep production spaces, equipment, cables, and storage areas safe, clean, organized, and event-ready.
• Resolve changing priorities and technical issues calmly and resourcefully before and during events.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Description

The AV Production Manager leads audio, video, lighting, and production support for FAITH Church, FAITH Christian Academy, and the Sonshine Center. Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Three to five years of experience in audio production or a related AV production role; church or ministry production experience is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, presentation, and production technologies.
• Proficiency with relevant software, including Dante Virtual SouundCard, Dante Controller, Ableton, Logic, Waves Super rack, Q-Sys, Light key, SMAART, Shure Wireless Workbench, ProPresenter, ATEM Software Control, Ross Dashboard or the ability to learn required platforms quickly
• Proficient with Digico and Allen and Heath Consoles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, organize production details, manage competing priorities, and follow through reliably.
