Job summary

manpowe’s client in Atlanta, a leader in autonomous vehicle tech, seeks a Trainer - Mission Readiness to join the Fleet Support and vehicle operations teams. You will facilitate classroom sessions, coach operators, and provide feedback to improve procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months as a trained Mission Readiness member, 1–3 years in the AV space, and strong communication. You will conduct hands-on assessments, audits, and help update training materials while collaborating to

Qualifications

• At least 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
• 1–3 years of experience in the AV space.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures
• Review daily performance feedback and address any training deficiencies escalated by on the job Mentors
• Grade hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and provide feedback to Training Supervisor and team stakeholders.
• Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators
• Assist with training material updates as needed and review new training material
