Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check, MVR and drug screen.

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer, you will be part of the Training & Operations Department supporting the Mission Readiness and Service Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership and coaching abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $33 per hour

What’s Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or a related technical operations environment.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating classroom and/or on-the-job instruction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
• Proven ability to solve problems, improve operational efficiency, and work collaboratively in team environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
