About the OpportunityAre you an experienced AV professional looking to contribute to a meaningful cause? The Baker Institute for Children with Hearing Loss is seeking a skilled AV Manager to support the 2025 Listen to Me! Conference — a powerful, week-long program that empowers children with hearing loss and their families.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth technical operations for speaker sessions, therapy recordings, and staff coordination during this high-impact event.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a paid role. The total pay will be based on 60–70 hours over the week. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $40, depending on experience and qualifications.
