Conference Technologies is seeking an AV Integration Technician for our Birmingham-area team. The role involves hands-on installation of audio, video, control systems, and conferencing equipment, with opportunities to work on rack fabrication and cable termination.

Candidates should be comfortable reading drawings and performing maintenance tasks. We value strong communication, customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree preferred, not required.
• Customer Service Experience is a must.
• Attitude and Aptitude are key—eager to learn and tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: 2+ years of audio-visual installation experience required.
• Must lift over 50 pounds, have a valid drivers license, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
• Rack fabrication
• Pull and terminate a variety of cables
• Read drawings/blueprints
• Service and system maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned
