Responsibilities

• Set up and install microphones, speakers, displays, projectors, and control systems at events and customer sites.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues; communicate with customers about updates.
• Program and commission audio processors.
• Configure networks and switches; ensure safe, clean work areas.
• Maintain equipment inventory and vehicle readiness.
• Collaborate with AV team to ensure successful installations.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with safety standards.
