A leading company in audiovisual solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting AV systems and delivering exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for maintenance, installation, and ensuring the optimal functionality of client systems. The ideal candidate will have relevant technical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Job Summary
The AVI-SPL Field Service Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at on-site locations with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

40 hours - Mon – Fri, be flexible to work after hours and weekends when required.
