Job summary

Intereum is seeking a Field Engineer to ensure proper installation and quality of integrated AV systems. This role involves troubleshooting, client training, and supporting regional operations in Chicago.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong technical skills, and the ability to travel nationally. The position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Crestron Flex System MTR and Zoom room kits.
• Working knowledge of Biamp, Q-SYS, Shure, and Tesira Forte DSP systems.
• Ability to load Crestron code to processors, troubleshoot Crestron systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation of integrated systems and quality control.
• Interface with clients for system operations and training.
• Commission complex systems and provide troubleshooting support.

Independent programming

Advanced understanding of audio/video signal flow

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

Education

1+ years in Field Engineer/Commissioning role

CTS and CTS-I Certification preferred
