Job summary

HEDSouth: Home Entertainment Design South is seeking an AV Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Engineering team in Hollywood, FL. You will manage staff workloads, assign deliverables, and help keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include creating tasks, tracking progress, coordinating with Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service, and distributing drawings and specifications. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules.
• Create/track tasks and flag scheduling conflicts.
• Link between Engineering and Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming and Service.
• Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specs, and project docs.
• Generate weekly engineering status/schedule reports.

The AV Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

You Have:

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ, timely follow-up, excellent written and verbal.

Your Location:

• In-Person
• 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
