Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large Madison, WI campus. You’ll collaborate with AV experts to support events of all sizes, both live and virtual, with hands-on setup and troubleshooting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in audio/visual production or related experience, familiarity with DSP platforms, AoIP and SDVoE protocols, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Work with AV team to support events large and small, live and virtual.
• Layout new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure success.
