Job Description:

工作职责:

1. 对客户送修附件进行进件验收，对验收差异及时记录和报告。
   To inspect the repairable unit from customer, record and report discrepancies.
2. 在确保安全的条件下，完成附件的测试，修理，大修和改装等工作。
   To accomplish testing, repair, overhaul, and modification of attachments safely.
3. 保证附件修理的质量和周期。
   Ensure the quality and turnaround time of repairs.
4. 及时正确地填写修理记录。及时正确地输入ERP数据。
   Accurately record repair data and input into ERP system promptly.
5. 对工具和设备进行保管，保养和维护。
   Manage and maintain tools and equipment.
6. 与OEM进行技术交流
   Communicate technically with OEMs.
7. 对厂房的温/湿度/ESD进行监控。
   Monitor temperature, humidity, and ESD conditions in the workshop.
8. 对客服/质量/财务部门提供技术帮助。
   Provide technical support to Customer Service, Quality, and Finance departments.
9. 配合质量部门开发新能力。
   Collaborate with the Quality Department to develop new capabilities.
10. 对库存器材，设定合理的库存计划，以保证周期和库存成本。
    Plan inventory to ensure timely repairs and control costs.
11. 向OEM提供修理月报。
    Provide monthly repair reports to OEM.
12. 配合质量部门完成内审工作。
    Assist the Quality Department in internal audits.
13. 总结整理与生产相关的流程。
    Summarize and organize production-related processes.
14. 部门经理安排的其它工作。
    Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager.
15. 工程评估和库存数量监控。
    Conduct engineering evaluations and monitor inventory quantities.

招聘条件：

知识与技能要求:

• 正规院校“电子”专业毕业，大学本科或以上学历。民航院校毕业者优先。
  Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics from a recognized institution; Aviation College graduates preferred.
• 持有CAAC颁发的民航维修人员执照。
  CAAC Aviation Maintenance Personnel License.
• CAAC航空英语等级3级或4级。
  CAAC Aviation English Level 3 or 4.
• 具有5年以上航空电子附件维修经验。具备一定的电路分析和排故能力。
  Over 5 years of experience in aviation electronics maintenance, with circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• 英语，国家4级或6级证书。具有较强的听，说，读，写，译的能力。
  English CET-4 or CET-6 with strong communication skills.
• 了解航空法规知识，如CCAR145, FAR145, EASA145等。
  Knowledge of aviation regulations such as CCAR145, FAR145, EASA145.
• 熟练掌握电脑操作技能，具备一定的电脑网络知识。
  Proficient in computer operations with basic networking knowledge.
• 掌握MS OFFICE办公软件的使用，具备基础的中英文打字技能。
  Proficient in MS Office; basic typing skills in Chinese and English.
• 身心健康，具有很强的责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
