Job summary

Alterman Management Group, Inc seeks an AV Design Integrator to craft system designs and support project teams from preconstruction through commissioning. You will gather requirements, analyze hardware/software options, prepare BOMs, and produce detailed drawings, while guiding the technical scope for internal teams.

You will assist in pricing, design reviews, and post-award handoffs, with travel and after-hours commitments as needed to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• CTS certification is required; CTS-I/CTS-D preferred.
• Minimum of three years in an AV technical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design development and preconstruction support for AV systems.
• Create detailed AV drawings, BOM inputs, and system layouts.
• Provide project coordination, acceptance of drawings, and handoffs to project teams.
• Assist with proposals, pricing, and site design adjustments as needed.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field deployment throughout projects.
