AV and Low Voltage Technical Delivery Manager
About the role:

We are seeking an engaging audio‑visual technical delivery manager to join our Workplace Technology Services team.

You will be responsible for reviewing the work of third‑party technology vendors to assure services that are being provided to the client are correct. Prioritizes initiatives to meet changing business needs. Influences the direction of initiatives by collaborating across project teams to resolve challenges and issues. Exhibits significant independence in making decisions which have large impact to client applications/systems.

What you’ll do
  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating information systems to fit within existing systems infrastructure.
  • Assist with the technology implementation for clients including but not limited to the following scopes:
    • Low Voltage Audio Visual Physical Security
    • WLAN DAS Systems Desktop
    • Sound Masking Telephony Data Networks (Circuit Order Management)
  • Demonstrates tactical ownership for the management and support of assigned infrastructure areas participating in initiatives to maintain a secure and effective technical infrastructure service.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provides corrective actions.
  • Develops, installs, and tests new network hardware and software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
  • Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems.
  • Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture.
  • Engages with application development teams on current infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions.
  • Manages and maintains the hardware, software, security, and connectivity to the Internet.
  • Supports all the various web applications and related systems such as search engines and web servers and middleware components.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in software engineering and design architecture; must be able to use Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.
  • Technical certifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO or Microsoft.
  • Strong Project Management & organizational skills as well as solid communication skills.
  • Positive stakeholder management andengagement.

T&T carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
