Job summary

R&P Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Auxiliary Systems Technician to support the PMS 377 LPD program in a fast-paced, defense-focused environment. The role involves hands-on integration, testing, and coordinating with shipboard systems.

You will review procedures, witness tests, and collaborate with builders and trial teams, with a current Secret clearance and Navy classroom background preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with LPD Platform Auxiliary Test and Evaluation is a plus.
• ACAT Level I LPD program experience of at least 10 years.
• Navy Class A/C school experience preferred.
• Secret clearance.

• Supports Builders, Acceptance, Final Contract and Special Trials.

R&P Technologies is a mid‑size defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We are seeking a Senior Auxiliary Systems Technician to support the PMS 377 LPD program in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports Milestone Management of Auxiliary Systems in support of Electronic Systems Light Off (ESLO), Combat System Light Off (CSLO), Electrical Generator Light Off (EGLO), and Main Engine Light Off (MELO).
• Reviews Auxiliary Systems Industrial Test Procedure CDRLs for technical accuracy against ship specifications and sub‑tier references.
• Serves as integrator and test witness for HVAC, CFW, CW, ASW, MSW, Firemain, Ballast/De‑ballast, Potable Water, Deck Machinery, and Hotel Services.
• Supports Builders, Acceptance, Final Contract and Special Trials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching for up to 8 hours without undue fatigue; capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; muscular strength and endurance to maintain balance and posture.
