Leaf Forge, a Pryor, Oklahoma tobacco processing facility, is seeking an Auxiliary Operator to inspect and sort raw tobacco, removing foreign objects to support product quality.

This role requires standing for 8–12 hours, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and adherence to safety protocols and PPE; worker must work efficiently in a production environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Any prior manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift (8–12 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw tobacco visually and manually to identify and remove foreign materials.
• Maintain a consistent workflow to support production demands and quality standards.
• Follow established safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Report quality issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This state-of-the-art processing facility employs advanced manufacturing and processing technologies to transform raw tobacco into the finished product used in cigarette production. Job Summary

The Auxiliary Operator is responsible for inspecting and sorting raw tobacco to remove foreign objects and non-tobacco materials. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production operations. The role requires standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and the ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Follow established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
