Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to lead hands-on assembly and integration of AUV electromechanical systems in Quonset, RI. You will work with engineers to build, test, and validate complex assemblies and cabling for our next-generation underwater vehicles.

The role requires 3+ years in a mechanical field, familiarity with drawings and documentation, and the ability to travel offshore as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a mechanical field (aerospace/industrial)
• Experience working from engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to build and test complex electromechanical assemblies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel offshore if needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers on assembly and integration of AUV subsystems
• Assemble, integrate, and test electromechanical components into final product
• Route and service high-reliability cabling and wiring harnesses
• Develop and refine manufacturing jigs and fixtures
• Fabricate and modify machined parts and COTS components
• Contribute to product development lifecycle and document workflows
• Organize on-site manufacturing workflow and processes
• Potential offshore travel to support operations
