Job summary

SpecialtyCare is seeking an Autotransfusion Clinical Technician to join our team in a training‑intensive role focused on patient blood purification through autotransfusion processes.

You will learn to operate specialized equipment, participate in a company education program, and support cell salvage therapies while maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires flexibility for call rotations and weekend coverage in a hospital network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills and a customer‑service focus.
• Willingness to participate in flexible hours and call rotation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to complete on-the-job training and company education modules.

Responsibilities

• Operate autotransfusion equipment to purify and return patient blood.
• Train and work within the in-house program to support cell salvage and related therapies.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, timely patient care and adherence to protocols.
