Job summary

May Mobility, based in Ann Arbor, MI, is transforming cities with autonomous technology. The Testing Support Specialist collaborates with Autonomy and Systems Engineering teams to support validation, analyze drive data, and document issues through trouble tickets.

You will test routes, review logs, tag attributes, and capture video documentation to drive product improvements. responsibilities include supporting Driver Out testing, developing best practices, and providing insights for rollout.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience.
Experience in a software support role is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Autonomy and Systems Engineering teams to understand validation needs and provide testing support.
Serve as the point of contact for test support and data analysis within Testing and Validation.
Analyze drive data and notate trouble tickets.
Test new routes for autonomy performance.
Review vehicle data logs, tag attributes in Jira, and document findings.
Support testing of Driver Out, develop best practices, and analyze data for product insights.
Verify functionality of the product at May commercial sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
