Job summary

May Mobility is seeking a technical project manager to lead teams solving the toughest problems in autonomous driving. You will coordinate across autonomy, vehicle engineering, software, product, and operations to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

The role is hybrid with office work at the Ann Arbor, MI headquarters and occasional travel to operating sites. We value initiative, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science or highly technical field.
• At least 2+ years as an engineer or similar technical role.
• At least 2+ years managing direct reports, mentoring and coaching.
• 5+ years in technical project management including team management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to analyze and understand problems through data analysis.
• Clarify fuzzy requirements and prioritize technical tasks.
• Assess and mitigate risks; maintain detailed status tracking.
• Coordinate across autonomy, vehicle engineering, software, product, finance and operations.
