Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management strategies and tactics; plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate work across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system programs across multiple machines, aligning strategy, architecture, and customer expectations.
• Translate product and system requirements into milestones, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and mitigation plans across the full program lifecycle.
• Support system design, testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and track technical and organizational risks and opportunities.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and manage interdependencies with internal and external teams.
• Run program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.
• Establish KPIs and provide status on progress, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to team vision and development.
• Define and communicate the team’s long-term goals and align with business objectives.
• Model leadership and actively grow professionally.
