Duly Health and Care in Aurora, IL is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist. Whether you're a new grad or experienced clinician, we provide time, support, and resources to build your practice.

Expect 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, with no double booking and built-in documentation time. You will join an established team with mentorship, opportunities to specialize, and a schedule Monday–Friday with two evenings until 7 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development.
