Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio or program governance across multiple technical teams, programs, suppliers, or partner organizations.
• Ability to build and run an operating rhythm that produces decisions, accountable actions, controlled changes, escalation, and closure.
• Experience integrating technical delivery, roadmap, capacity, financial, procurement, and partner information for senior-leadership decisions.
• Ability to operate at executive and working-teams levels without overstepping accountability boundaries.
• Working knowledge of portfolio/work-management tools and reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Run the Portfolio operating rhythm with integrated agendas, decision paths, and action closure.
• Maintain the integrated portfolio roadmap and governance view across roadmaps and milestones.
• Coordinate inputs from Product Management, TPMs, Mission Leads, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and partners into decision-ready views.
• Lead and coordinate financial governance reviews and closure, with data from Finance and the Finance Program Manager.
• Ensure accountability and smooth transfer of work from bridges to named owners.
• Develop and deploy Portfolio Operating Model governance standards and documentation.
• Provide integrated roadmap, capacity, risk, dependency, and financial implications for prioritization and decisions.
• Prepare concise executive narratives and participate in delegated forums.
