Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. seeks an Operations Specialist to support development and production operations at Kodiak. You will communicate with safety drivers, track runs, manage the Truck Management System, and help create SOPs to keep operations safe and efficient.

You'll work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends, troubleshoot the autonomous system, and contribute to a collaborative, equal-opportunity environment with strong emphasis on safety and high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends.
• Ability to work under high stress using good judgment.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets/Drive.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous call center or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with multiple safety drivers in an energetic and courteous manner.
• Accurately track and document progress of runs throughout your shift.
• Manage and update info within the Truck Management System.
• Set driver schedules based on available assignments including weekend and night shifts.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation for operations processes.
• Troubleshoot and document issues with the autonomous system.
• Report trip issues and logistical discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with AV system setup including health checks and cross-checks.
