Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our development and production operations for autonomous trucking in Dallas.

You will collaborate with safety drivers and internal teams to keep runs accurate and on schedule. Responsibilities include documenting progress in the Truck Management System, setting driver schedules (including weekends and night shifts), creating SOPs, troubleshooting the autonomous system, reporting issues, and maintaining readiness across shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Ability to work under high stress with sound judgment.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with common operating systems and Google Office tools.
• Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Prior call center or similar customer interaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with multiple safety drivers in an energetic and courteous manner.
• Accurately track and document progress of runs throughout shifts.
• Manage and update information within the Truck Management System.
• Set driver schedules based on assignments, including weekends and nights.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation for operations processes.
• Troubleshoot and document issues with the autonomous system.
• Report trip issues and logistical discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with AV system setup and health checks.
