Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a hands-on professional to bridge product engineering and deployed operations for autonomy-enabled UAVs. You will own field deployments, support mission-focused tests, and help sustain deployed vehicle systems in austere settings.

Travel up to 80% and extended deployments are expected, with strict security and DFARS compliance. Preferred candidates have aerospace/defense background, strong data analysis, and experience with flight operations, networks, and programming

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on field operations or testing experience.
• Experience with military or defense contractors as operator or maintainer.
• Strong ability to analyze complex systems using logs and data.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product engineering and deployed operations for autonomy-enabled UAVs.
• Stand up forward-deployed operations in austere environments.
• Support vehicle autonomy development via tests and customer demos.
• Travel up to 80%, including deployments lasting up to two months.
