Job summary

Embedded Shishya is building the next generation of ground transportation with AI. We’re hiring an engineer to design and ship multimodal data pipelines for foundation models, from ingestion to evaluation and reproducible training workflows.

You will implement and iterate on LLM, VLM, and VLA architectures, own model code paths, and integrate simulators for closed-loop evaluation. You’ll lead end-to-end infra, focusing on reliability, latency, and observability in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• MS in CS/ML/Robotics or BS with ≥2 years building ML/data/evaluation systems.
• Strong Python proficiency, testing and modular design.
• Experience building data/ML pipelines and evaluation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build multimodal data pipelines for foundation models: ingest, validate, shard, package.
• Implement and iterate on LLM, VLM, and VLA architectures; manage model code paths and inference runners.
• Integrate simulators for closed-loop evaluation; build tooling for metrics, visualization and experiment management.
• Deliver production-grade serving and inference tooling for low-latency operation and deployment.
