Job summary

Sports Rehab PT is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to support licensed therapists in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will help prepare patients, treatment areas, and equipment, assist with treatment plans, and guide patients through assigned exercises under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, fitness, or patient care.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision of licensed staff.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable assisting patients with exercises and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous support to patients throughout their visit.
• Prepare patients, treatment areas, and equipment for physical therapy sessions.
• Assist licensed physical therapists with implementing established treatment plans.
• Guide patients through assigned exercises under supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Monitor patients during activities and report concerns to the therapist.
• Maintain patient flow and ensure sessions run on schedule.
• Clean, disinfect, organize, and maintain treatment equipment and areas.
• Perform administrative or clinic support duties as assigned.
